For the first time, to my knowledge, at least, someone decided to play Junkyard Golf at a golf course. The event was for representatives from "...over 60 companies...ranging from publishers such as Time, People, Sports Illustrated, Newsweek, TV Guide and Reader’s Digest to agents such as Publishers Clearinghouse, QSP School Fundraising Program and Synapse (Magazines for Airline Miles). The group’s largest event each year is held at a country club, where golfers and non-golfers alike spend a full day with their peers. "We offered Junkyard Golf as an 11AM option for the non-golfers. We called it Club House Team Challenge to keep the spirit of previous years’ successes.
